Project 2

Landmarc worked collaboratively with a landscape architect to create a beautiful landscape in the private grounds of a new development. In order to achieve the final result, a number of challenges had to be overcome – these included remote location and restricted access. Landmarc were able to call on their wide range of machinery and team of skillful operatives and to produce the stunning results seen in the pictures below.

Project 1

Landmarc were commissioned by a private client to enhance the landscape around their property. This included the requirement to incorporate the construction of a boat mooring.

When in flood, the river waters can rise up to two metres. Our brief included the design, fabrication and installation of a pontoon that could adjust to those levels.

We were also required to design, fabricate and install a bridge to replace the existing crossing. Prior to the de-silting of the channel, piling was necessary to stabilise the river banks in order to allow access for boats.

All construction/installations had to be engineered to withstand extreme weather and strong currents, as flood waters could reach levels that would cover all elements of the project. Using a combination of specialist equipment, experience and an innovative approach we were able to complete this project to the client’s satisfaction.
